Learn through the Guided Meal Plan video series that shows you how to do the 28 days of the Master Meal Plan. I show you how to meal prep efficiently and cook each meal. It's as close as you can get by my side. The video course is easily accessible from your computer or your phone and tablet via the Kajabi app.
